1. Financial Report
Ramberg presented the monthly financial Report.

2. Discussion of updated National Bridge Index Deficiency Report
Ramberg presented the Bridge Structure Deficiency report outlying the rating of the
bridge conditions in the County.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
3. Discussion of updated County Highway Condition Report
Ramberg presented the Committee a graph of the County road conditions.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
4. Review and Consider 5 year SCC Highway Business Plan update
Ramberg reviewed the updated St. Croix County Highway Deparment Business Plan & 5
year Capital Improvement Plan. Motion made and accepted (DO/WM) to approve the
amended plans as presented.

ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE
Staff met with the Village of Somerset in regards to land options in the Somerset pit area.
The message boards are up at the Wisconsin Highway 35 construction zone.
Discussed the Trust Fund Ticker from the State and the County Transportation & Funding-The
Road Ahead.
Vista Sand contacted Jeff Durkee, St. Croix County Highway Engineer, to obtain information
regarding the 2014 County Road G project.
Distributed for review, numerous compliments to the staff at the Highway Department for the
hard work this winter.
