1. 2014 Financial Report
Ramberg reviewed the financial report that includes time card activity through October
11, 2014.

2. Review Proposed WISDOT Biennial Budget
Ramberg presented an overview of the WisDOT proposed FY 2016/FY 2017
Transportation budget.

3. Review Proposed 2015 Highway Projects
Staff updated the Committee on various planned projects for the 2015 Construction
season.

4. County Road T & Interstate 94 Bridge Replacement Update
Ramberg discussed the WISDOT plans for the County Road T & Interstate 94 Bridge
Replacement project which is scheduled for 2016, and includes two round-a-bouts, and a
park and ride lot.

ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE
Ramberg shared the current deer removal contract information which was let under the authority
of the DNR.
Ramberg shared that staff is looking into a public education project regarding snow plow safety.
Ramberg gave a status report of the Highway Department Business Plan regarding the Fixed
Asset Program.
The Transportation Committee set the 2015 preliminary schedule to meet the 2nd Monday of each
month.
