1. Financial Update
Ramberg reviewed the August Highway Department financial report.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
2. Preliminary 2016 Budget Review
Ramberg discussed the budget presentation given at the Committee of the Whole meeting
on October 14, 2015.

3. Transit Planning Sub Committee Update
Ostness gave an up-to-date overview of the Sub Committee.

REQUEST FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS
A request has been received to purchase land.
ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE
Ramberg shared information from WisDOT in reference to the CTH ‘U’ and Badlands Road
intersection.
WCHA Winter Road School will be January 18-20, 2016 in Wisconsin Dells.
Highway Safety Day will be held Tuesday, October 20, 2015.
Machinery Management meetings are taking place at the Highway Department.
2015 WISLR (Wisconsin Information System for Local Roads) inspections are being completed.
The Highway Department is assisting local units of Government with the local road improvement
program funding applications.
The Highway Department paved the final lift on County Road ‘J’
Radio Road will be paved in 2016.
