Request for an Agricultural Resource Production Use in the Town of Cady-CUP-2024-
010

2. VAR-2024-002-Variance to 200' set back from the ordinary high water mark -
Anderson/Lopno - Town of Troy
3. CUP-2024-011 St Croix Electric - Solar Project - Town of Eau Galle
Hearing opened at 8:40 AM. Hearing closed at 9:03 AM.
BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Conditional Use Permit Request - Peterson - Town of Cady
Mike Wozniak, Land Use Administrator, presented this request to the board. Video
watched by board of operation of equipment by applicant.
MOTION to approve the conditional use permit for Peterson in the Town of Cady
for an agricultural resource use for lime production as presented with updates and
including the requirement to come back in 5 years for renewal.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

3. St Croix Electric - Town of Eau Galle- Solar Project Conditional Use
Jason Kjeseth, Community Development Director, presented this application to the
board.
MOTION to approve the conditional use permit request for the solar project as
proposed in the Town of Eau Galle for St. Croix Electric Co-op with the
proposed conditions from staff.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]
