Updates on Youth Justice Initiatives. Brett Riberich updates on YASSE Michelle Lecca updates on Opioid Settlement Funds - new position funded through Dec. of 2027. RESULT: DISCUSSED 2. Task Force for Family Engagement in Truancy Cases. Attorney Patel updates on Task Force and requests members of CWJJ to volunteer. Volunteers are DA's Office either Attorney Becker of Attorney Damrau, Attorney Sue Gherty, HHS Supervisor Brett Riberich, and PD Attorney Abrianna Dolfi. Discussion on family engagement and how to build in St. Croix County. RESULT: DISCUSSED 3. Guides for Parents and Families in CHIPS Cases. Review forms attached. Discussion regarding forms being available in the court rooms for families. RESULT: DISCUSSED 4. Revision of Local Rules for Truancy Cases. Discussion - Forms similar to CCIP forms available for juvenile and parent RESULT: DISCUSSED REQUEST FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS Number of parents that are testing and compliance with testing requirements - How is it going?
