Humphrey Engineering, Inc. received comments from your office pertaining to the
Technical Review Committee's review of the final plat of Farm View Ridge II located in
the Town of Hammond, St. Croix County, Wisconsin. The revised final plat was
submitted to your office and the County Surveyors office on December 20, 2005. After
review of your comments, the following revisions and comments have been completed:
1 .Z
1) The soil tests for Lots 46 & 75 were completed on a CSM that was
completed last year. The CSM wasn't recorded therefore the lots are
being added to the plat. A copy of the soil tests are attached for your
reference.
2) Attached, please find a soil test location map.
3) Attached, please find a signed "Conditions of plat approval — Exhibit 1".
4) Because the preliminary plat has already been approved, driveway
locations have remained the same.
5) Because the preliminary plat has already been approved, a 50' setback has
been shown on all roadways except from the existing town roads of CTH
"E" and 170th Street.
6) Approved bids for road construction and erosion control shall be
submitted prior to commencing construction.
7) Benchmark locations have been added to the final plat.
8) A drainage easement has been identified for Lots 70 -72.
9) The final plat has been revised per the County Surveyors office and was
resubmitted on December 20, 2005.
We intend on being on the December Planning and Zoning Committee agenda. Should
