1. TAD Grant Update.
JSS Director Galli updated on the TAD Grant status for 2022 and 2023.
2. Treatment Court Update.
Judge Waterman provided updates to TRAC 2 of Treatment Court.
Treatment Court Coordinator Breuer discussed changes to Treatment Court.
JSS Director Galli provided updates regarding intensive outpatient services for
Treatment Court clients.
HHS Director Rohret discussed staffing challenges with their department.
Diversion Program Director Multhauf discussed the new TAD-funded Data Entry
Specialist position.
3. Justice Support Staffing Update.
JSS Director Galli discussed hiring a new pretrial case manager.
4. Justice Support/Behavioral Health Staffing Collaboration
JSS Director Galli discussed hiring a new Government Center Case Manager.
5. MRT Update.
JSS Director Galli discussed MRT starting on Weds., 1/18.
6. APPR Learning Site Update.
JSS Director Galli discussed the APPR representatives meeting with the pretrial
workgroup.
7. Review of Membership Discussion.
JSS Director Galli discussed updating membership for CJCC and its subcommittees.
8. JSS Director Presentation.
JSS Director Galli discussed the "funneling" method of reporting justice system data.
9. Chief Eric Atkinson of Menomonie Police Presentation.
Chief Atkinson of the Menomonie Police Department discussed Project Hope.
10. Subcommittee Updates.
Chairs of each subcommittee provided updates.

ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE
Judge Needham stated 10 new CASA advocates graduated and were sworn in during a
December 2022 ceremony.

The next CJCC Council meeting is Thursday, March 9, 2023, 8:00 a.m., at the Government
Center - County Board Room. The next CJCC Executive Committee meeting is Thursday,
February 23, 2023, 12:00 p.m., in Branch III courtroom.
