Regular Meeting – October 9, 2023 12:00 PM

BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Pretrial Workgroup Updates.
Judge Waterman discussed updates coming out of the pretrial workgroup.
2. New testing space at the Services Center.
JSS Director Galli discussed opening the new testing space on either 3/11 or 3/25.
3. Testing in CPS Cases.
JSS Director Galli indicated there are currently 15 parents being tested.
4. General discussion surrounding testing.
Judge Waterman discussed defining a philosophy surrounding drug testing.
5. Pretrial partnership with APPR/CEPP.
Travis Satorius provided ideas for a last training with APPR.
