1. Treatment Court Update
Kait Breuer (Treatment Court Coordinator) offered updates on current enrollment,
graduations, and treatment court hours.
Judge Nordstrand discussed Treatment Court Subcommittee and policy manual
updates.
Public Defender Satorius discussed some of the challenges with TRAC 2.

2. Warrant Resolution Day Update.
Judge Nordstrand discussed the last two warrant resolution day events.

3. Justice Services Center Update
Phil Galli discussed JSC updates (testing numbers, new civilian model, national
conference, MRT, and new hire).

4. TAD Update
Phil Galli and Lisa Multhauf discussed TAD grant opportunities.

5. Introduction of new CASA Director Sean Kinsella.
Judge Needham introduced new CASA Director Sean Kinsella.

services they offer.

8. CJCC Subcommittee Updates (Domestic Violence & Family Issues, Behavioral Health,
Criminal Justice, Executive, Treatment Court).
Phil Galli provided update on Domestic Violence Subcommittee (next meeting 7/20).
Bob Rohret provided update on Behavioral Health Subcommittee (next meeting
7/25).
Judge Waterman provided update on Criminal Justice Subcommittee and Child Task
force (next meeting 8/1 for Criminal Justice, next meeting 8/3 for Child Task Force).
Judge Needham provided update on Executive Subcommittee (next meeting in
August).
Judge Nordstrand provided update on Treatment Court Subcommittee (next
meeting 8/9).
