BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Discussion of Warrant Resolution Days.
Judge Waterman stated Warrant Resolution Days will not be held until further evaluation.
2. Discussion of collecting out-of-state restitution.
Judge Waterman discussed some of the challenges with collecting restitution for
Wisconsin cases which are being supervised in other states.
3. Public Safety Assessment (PSA) Discussion.
Shelby Hilden from Justice Services discussed use of the Public Safety Assessment (PSA)
to inform bond hearings.
4. Discussion of Ignition Interlock Devices.
Judge Waterman and Phil Galli from JSC discussed some of the options for possibly
using ignition interlock as a condition of pretrial release.
5. Discussion of collateral consequences regarding pretrial.
