ST. CROIX COUNTY ADMINISTRATION COMMITTEE
November 1, 2011 — 8:30 A.M.
St. Croix County Government Center, 1101 Carmichael Road Hudson, Wisconsin
CALL TO ORDER — The meeting was called to order by Chair Norton - Bauman at 8:30 a.m.
ROLL CALL — Present: Daryl Standafer, Esther Wentz, Sharon Norton - Bauman, Roger Rebholz, Buck
Malick, and Ryan Sicard; Absent and excused — Lorin Sather
Others present: County Administrator Patrick Thompson, County Treasurer Laurie Noble, County Clerk
Cindy Campbell
1. Resolution to Charge Back Incorrect or Illegal Taxes — Thompson explained there are five parcels
that need to be charged back to individual municipalities because they were incorrectly assessed. Noble
explained this is a tax that should not have been calculated. Motion by Standafer, 2nd by Malick to approve.
Carried unanimously.
Standafer announced he anticipates people will be attending today's County Board meeting interested in the
Concealed Carry issue and he intends to make a ruling of the Chair for this legislative session requesting
comments from members of the public be limited for two speakers from each side of the issue.
Meeting adjourned at 8:34 a.m.
