Buck Malick, Joe Miller, David Niccum, David Peterson, Greg Tellijohn, Steve Smart Approval of Minutes 1. Minutes of Previous Meeting - June 27, 2024 Minutes were accepted as presented. Announcements 1. Update on Baldwin Airport Conditional Use Permit Will address again at August meeting. Public Hearing/Business Items 1. Roscon Properties, LLC, requests a conditional use permit to construct a two-family dwelling in the R-2 Residential Zoning District in the Town of Warren Jason Kjeseth, Community Development Director, presented the request to the Board. Motion: MOTION to approve the request from Roscon Properties, LLC, for a conditional use permit Result: Passed Moved by: David Peterson Seconded by: Greg Tellijohn Ayes: C.W. Buck Malick, Joe Miller, David Niccum, David Peterson, Greg Tellijohn, Steve Smart Nays: None Abstain: None Notes: 2. Roscon Properties, LLC, requests a conditional use permit to construct a two-family dwelling in the R-2 Residential Zoning District in the Town of Warren. CUP-2024-014 Director Kjeseth presented to the Board. Motion: MOTION to approve the request for a conditional use permit as presented. Result: Passed Moved by: Joe Miller Seconded by: C.W. Foster requests a conditional use permit for a contractor storage yard in an R-2 Residential zoning district, pursuant to Section 15.330 of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance in the Town of Somerset. Mike Wozniak, Community Development Land Use Administrator, presented to the Board. Condition 4. Equipment storage shall be limited to the 4.5 acres as shown on the materials submitted. Motion: MOTION to approve the conditional use permit as amended. Result: Passed Moved by: Joe Miller Seconded by: Greg Tellijohn Ayes: C.W. After the fact Variance request to permit an accessory structure within the 200 foot setback to the Ordinary High Water Mark, pursuant to Section 17.36.G.5.c.1. of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance for Anderson & Lopno in the Town of Troy. Mr Kjeseth presented to the Board. Motion: Motion to postpone for further study and other possible solutions Result: Passed Moved by: Greg Tellijohn Seconded by: Joe Miller Ayes: C.W. St. Croix Yacht Club requests a conditional use permit to fill and grade more than 10,000 square feet outside of the slope preservation zone, pursuant to Section 17.36.F.3.a.6. of the St. Croix County Lower St. Croix Riverway Ordinance in the Town of St. Joseph. Mr. Wozniak presented to the Board. Motion: MOTION to approve the conditional use permit for St. Croix Yacht Club in the Town of St. Joseph Result: Passed Moved by: C.W.
