1. Evidence Based Decision Making Subcommittee of the Community Justice Collaborating
Council – Regular Meeting – November 2, 2016 10:30 AM

BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Evidence Based Decision-Making (EBDM) Purpose Statement
A quorum of this subcommittee was not present. Chair Lisa Multhauf reviewed the
Evidence Based Decision Making purpose statement. A copy of the mission statement
will be sent out prior to our next meeting.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
2. Treatment Alternatives & Diversion (TAD) Project Update
A quorum of this subcommittee was not present. Chair Lisa Multhauf gave an update on
the 2017 proposed Treatment Alternatives and Diversion (TAD) Project. As part of this
project we should update our Correctional Offender Management Profiling for
Alternative Sanctions (COMPAS) Business Plan.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
3. Systems Mapping
A quorum of this subcommittee was not present. Chair Lisa Multhauf stated the St. Croix
County Systems Map for the criminal justice system needs some work, but input from
Liesl Nelson and Mark Lemke is needed.

4. CJCC Subcommttees List
A quorum of this subcommittee was not present. Chair Lisa Multhauf stated as we
progress as a subcommittee we may add members that have an expertise in certain areas.
