1. 8:00 – 8:05 am Call meeting to order
Ground Rules:
i. Start and end our meetings on time
ii. Operate on consensus – seek general agreements all can “live with” and will
support
iii. Show mutual respect and challenge ideas, not individuals
iv. People will speak when recognized by the chair
v. Identify and recap pending issues and agreements at the end of meeting
vi. Come prepared

3. 8:05 – 8:10 am Approval of minutes from 1/23/14
4. 8:10 – 9:10 am Business items
a. Welcome Travis Gaetz – CJCC Coordinator and COMPAS Assessor
b. COMPAS update
i. Establishment of workgroup for COMPAS related issues
(Travis, Lisa, Amber, Kris, Mark L.)
ii. Continue to update/revise business plan as needed
c. Presentation of CJCC – Update on completion (Travis, Lori, Fred)
d. Facilitator and team building update – (Liesl, Lori, Judge Cameron)
e. Stakeholder interview update (Travis, Lisa, Mark)
i. Based on interview feedback, Travis to present different subcommittee ideas
(Will continue to make contact with other jurisdictions)
f. Law/Drug enforcement meeting – Establishment of Subcommittee (Rick)
g. ** Justice Procedures Meeting – Establishment of Subcommittee (Liesl)
h. Further direction and suggestions for CJCC Coordinator
5. 9:10 – 9:30 am Items for discussion
6. Next meeting dates:
a. Executive Committee: April 23, 2014 12pm
b. Full Council: May 22, 2014 8am (Full day event?)
7. Future subcommittee deadline dates
a. 6/1/14: Stakeholder interviews to be completed to identify priorities of serves and 3
areas of need (Lisa, Travis, Mark)
b. 12/31/14: Travis and other CJCC members to schedule at least 5 presentations
regarding CJCC
