Approval of Minutes
1. Minutes of Previous Meeting - July 16, 2024
Minutes were accepted as presented.
Public Comment
Celeste Koeberl commented about County expenditures for Health Center Campus.
Business
1. Presentation of the 2023 Audit Report
The Auditor from Clifton Larson Allen, Jonathan Sherwood, discussed the 2023 Audit Report.
2. Resolution Authorizing Fund Balance Transfer
Administrator Ken Witt discussed the resolution authorizing fund balance transfer. Long motioned, Feidler second to
recommend authorizing fund balance transfer. Motion carried 4-0.
3. Resolution Approving 2025 to 2029 Capital Improvement Plan
Administrator Witt discussed the resolution approving 2025 to 2029 Capital Improvement plan. Long motioned, Fiedler
second to recommend 2025 to 2029 Capital Improvement plan. Motion carried 3-1, Sherley voting no.
4. Resolution Approving Step Increases for Register of Deeds Second Deputy
Human Resource Director Audrie Haycraft discussed approving step increases for Register of Deeds Second Deputy.
Long motioned, Sherley second to recommend step increases for Register of Deeds Second Deputy. Motion carried 4-0.
5. Resolution Approving County Administrator 2025 Work Plan and 2024 Work Plan Report
Administrator Witt discussed the resolution approving County Administrator 2025 work plan and 2024 work plan report.
Fiedler motioned, Long Second to recommend County Administrator 2025 work plan and 2024 work plan report. Motion
carried 4-0.
6. Financial Report for July 2024
Administrator Witt discussed the financial report for July 2024.
Request for Future Agenda Items
Supervisor Fiedler requested to discuss two ideas on how to use the ARPA funds.
