1. Amending the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance - Town of Cylon - Section 21, Town 31, Range 16, rezoning 40
acres from Agricultural 1 to Agricultural 2 zoning district
John Hilgers, Senior Planner, presented to the committee. Hearing closed at 5:11 PM.
2. Resolution Supporting the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Sportfishing Grant Application
Jason Kjeseth, Community Development Director, presented to the Committee.
3. Review St. Croix County Ordinance - Chapter 30 Parks
George Ballard, St. Croix County Park Administrator, presented to the committee.
4. Review St. Croix County Ordinance - Chapter 11 Animal Waste Storage
Tim Stieber, Land and Water Conservation Administrator, presented to the committee.
5. Consideration of Comprehensive Rezoning Notification Policy
Kjeseth presented at the request of Supervisor Counter.
6. Discussion of dates for Chapter 15 Worksession
Date set for September 12 at 5PM
7. Financial Report for July 2024
Director Kjeseth presented the financial reports.
8. Community Development Department Update
Director Kjeseth updated the committee on department projects.
