Chairman, Buck Malick, called the meeting to order.

1. Minutes of Previous Meeting - July 25, 2024
Minutes were accepted as presented.
Public Hearings / Business Items
1. Consideration of Baldwin Airport Conditional Use Permit Conditions
Motion: MOTION: to schedule for our September 26, 2024, BOA meeting, and providing all pertinent
notices, with the possibility of the revocation of the previous permit and a suspension of
approval of the proposed new permit.
Result: Passed

Community Development Director Jason Kjeseth presented to the Board.
2. Continuation and action on an After the fact Variance request to permit an accessory structure within the 200
foot setback to the Ordinary High Water Mark, pursuant to Section 17.36.G.5.c.1. of the St. Croix County Zoning
Ordinance for Anderson & Lopno in the Town of Troy.
Motion: MOTION to approve the permit with the condition to paint house as offered by the applicants.
Result: Passed
