AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE
SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 31 NORTH, RANGE 16 WEST, TOWN OF CYLON — 40 ACRES
FROM AG-1 AGRICULTURAL ZONING DISTRICT TO AG-2 AGRICULTURAL ZONING DISTRICT
1 The County Board of Supervisors of the County of St. Croix does ordain as follows:

3 The St. Croix County Code of Ordinances, Land Use and Development, for the County of St.
4 Croix, Wisconsin, is hereby amended by rezoning the following property:

6 The NW '/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 21, Township 31 North, Range 16 West, Town of Cylon, St.
7 Croix County, Wisconsin.

9 From AG-1 Agricultural District to AG-2 Agricultural Zoning District.

11 The official zoning map of the Town of Cylon on file in the Community Development Department
12 shall be amended in accordance with this ordinance.

14 This ordinance shall be effective upon passage and publication as provided in Wis. Stat. § 59.14.
15 This ordinance shall not be codified.
