RESTORATION-FISHING PIER GRANT APPLICATION FOR PINE LAKE
1 WHEREAS, St. Croix County is interested in obtaining a cost share grant from the
2 Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) for the purpose of improving shore fishing
3 opportunities at Pine Lake Park and Boat Launch through the installation of a fishing pier; and

WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Community Development Department attests to the
validity and veracity of the statements and representations contained in the DNR application; and
8 WHEREAS, an Agreement/Contract is required to carry out the project.

10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the St. Croix County Board of
11 Supervisors attests that the County will meet the financial obligations necessary to fully and
12 satisfactorily complete the project and hereby authorizes and empowers the following officials or
13 employees to submit the following documents to the DNR for financial assistance that may be
14 available:

19 - Sign the Agreement/Contract between St. Croix County and Wisconsin DNR: Jason

22 - Submit required reports to Wisconsin DNR to satisfy the Agreement/Contract: George

25 - Submit reimbursement requests to the Wisconsin DNR: Denice Kistner, Associate II.

28 - Sign and submit other required documentation that may be required for the specific

31 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that St. Croix County will comply with all local, state,
32 and federal rules, regulations, and ordinances relating to this project and the cost -share
33 Agreement/Contract.
