RESOLUTION APPROVING LABOR AGREEMENT WITH WISCONSIN
ST. C ROI�U:NTY PROFESSIONAL POLICE ASSOCIATION/LAW ENFORCEMENT

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS (WPPA/LEER) DIVISION FOR 2025-2027
1 WHEREAS, the St. Croix County negotiation team and Local 453 of the Wisconsin
2 Professional Police Association/Law Enforcement Employee Relations Division have engaged in
3 collective bargaining negotiations to establish the terms and conditions of employment for
4 employees represented by the Union; and
6 WHEREAS, the parties have reached a tentative agreement on the terms of a new labor
7 contract, which has been reviewed and approved by a majority of the union membership; and
8
9 WHEREAS, the labor contract reflects a fair and equitable agreement that addresses the
10 needs and concerns of both the employees and the County; and
11
12 WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of St. Croix County to maintain harmonious labor
13 relations and ensure the continued delivery of high -quality services to the public; and
14
15 WHEREAS, the Administration Committee has reviewed and recommends approval of
16 the agreement.

18 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the St. Croix County Board of
19 Supervisors does hereby approve the labor agreement with Wisconsin Professional Police
20 Association/Law Enforcement Employee Relations (WPPA/LEER) Division for 2025-2027.
