APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. CJCC - Executive Committee - Regular Meeting - Nov 13, 2014 12:00 PM Minutes of November 13, 2014 were accepted as presented. RESULT: ACCEPTED PUBLIC COMMENT* BUSINESS ITEMS 1. CJCC & TAD Budget Update The Community Justice Collaborating Council (CJCC) and Treatment, Alternative & Diversions (TAD) Budget through December 2014 was reviewed. RESULT: DISCUSSED 2. CJCC Medical Community Representative Update Mike O'Keefe, Community Justice Collaborating Council (CJCC) Coordinator reported that Alison Page, CEO, Baldwin Medical Facility has agreed to accept a position on the CJCC as the Medical Community Representative starting in March, 2015. RESULT: DISCUSSED 3. CJCC Citizen Member Vacancy The current Community Justice Collaborating Council (CJCC) Citizen Member vacancy was reviewed. Judge Lundell recommended that this vacancy position should be posted on the St. Croix County website for a minimum period of two weeks. Pat Thompson, St. Croix County Administrator agreed. RESULT: DISCUSSED 4. CJCC Agenda Items for 2-26-15 Meeting Agenda items for the full Community Justice Collaborating Council (CJCC) meeting on February 26, 2015 were brought forward for review and approval. These items included , Sheriff's review, Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) update, Medical Examiner Report, COMPAS Training report, Data Analyst position and By-Laws updates. RESULT: DISCUSSED ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE ADJOURN DATE OF NEXT MEETING The date of the next CJCC Executive Meeting is Thursday, March 12, 2015 at 12:00PM and the next CJCC Council Meeting is Thursday, February 26, 2015 at 8:00 AM. All meetings are in Room D203, located in the lower level of the Government Center.
