1.Executive Committee of the Community Justice Collaborating Council Regular
Meeting January 14, 201612:00 PM
PUBLIC COMMENT
John Kucinski addressed concerns about the Day Report Center and having no personal contact
with his clients. He also suggested testing services for mental health, AODA, and discussed the
possibility of bail jump charges for those in non compliance.
BUSINESS ITEMS
1.CJCC -Treatment Alternatives & Diversion (TAD) Grant Budget Summary
Lisa Multhauf gave an update on the Treatment Alternatives & Diversion (TAD) and
CJCC budgets. Both budgets are on track with respect to budgetary guidelines.

2.2017 Treatment Alternatives & Diversion (TAD) Grant Application
Lisa Multhauf gave an update on the 2017 -2022 Treatment Alternatives & Diversion
(TAD) budget cycle. This is going to be a 5 year budget cycle if we are selected as one
of the approved counties. The TAD and Justice Assistance Grants (JAG) are going to be
combined and fall under the TAD umbrella.

3. St. Croix County Day Report Center Update
Pat Thompson reported the Day Report Center project has been approved for construction
and bids requests will be sent out soon.

4. CJCC Council Agenda Items for 2-25-16 Meeting
Agenda items for the next CJCC Meeting: TAD Budget Summary, 2017 TAD Budget,
Subcommittee reports, Valley Co-op meeting update, Community Prescription Drug
Abuse Forum update-Patty Schachtner, Texting notifications for court hearings, MRT
follow-up, Day Report Center.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
