1. Minutes of Previous Meeting - September 26, 2024 Minutes were accepted as presented.
Public Hearings/ Business Items
1. Public Hearing and Consideration of Jeff Johnson Variance Town of Eau Galle Jason Kjeseth, Community Development Director, presented this request to the Board.
The Town of Erin Prairie has approved the variance request.
Motion: To postpone this until the next meeting date

2. Discussion on Board of Adjustment Procedures
3. Review of Schyma Variance Approval Decision Document Mike Wozniak, Land use Administrator, presented to the Board.
Motion: Motion to approve this document with change in 10.1.
Result: Passed
