Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 8:30 A.M.

Approval of Minutes
1. Minutes of Previous Meeting - August 19, 2024 Minutes were accepted as presented.
Public Comment
Business
1. Financial Report for August 2024 Kathy Rineck and Rob Krejci reviewed the August 2024 Financial Report.
2. Review of 2025 Budget Requests Rob Krejci reviewed the 2025 Highway Department budget requests.
3. Highway Department Monthly Report The West Central District meeting is scheduled for October 1, 2024, in Taylor County.
Staff have been addressing issues with signs on the Right of Way
Rob Krejci provided a construction update on County Road A and McCutcheon Road.
The Highway Department has scheduled October 29, 2024, as Winter Readiness Day.
4. Discuss Driveway Removal Order at 1737 County Road Z Rob Krejci and Greg Haig reviewed the driveway removal order.
5. Discuss the Proposed Jurisdictional Transfer of CTH Y/50th Avenue with the Town of Rush River. Rob Krejci discussed the County Road Y/Town of Rush River Jurisdictional Transfer process. Staff plans to hold a Public
Informational Meeting for residents.
Request for Future Agenda Items Update on A/McCutcheon Roundabout
Update driveway removal order
Announcements The Highway Department Winter Readiness Day is scheduled for October 29, 2024
