HomeMy WebLinkAbout2024 AMAP OF SURVEY LOCATED IN THE NWH OF THE SE% AND THE SW OF THE SEV^ OF SECTION 8, T28N, R18W, TOWN OF KINNICKINNIC, ST. CROIX COUNTY, WISCONSIN. BEING PART OF LOT 2 OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP RECORDED IN VOL. 4, PAGE 1159. NOTE: THERE WERE MANY MARKERS FOUND AT THE SITE DURING THE COURSE OF THIS SURVEY. MANY, IF NOT MOST OF THE MARKERS FOUND ALONG THE PRIVATE ROAD HAD BEEN DISTURBED THROUGH GRADING OR OTHER PLOWING OR GRADING ACTIVITIES. SOME OF THE MARKERS FOUND WERE HORIZONTAL BUT NEAR THEIR COMPUTED POSTIONS. OTHER MARKERS WERE FOUND THAT FIT THE ORIGINAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP BETTER. THESE MARKERS WERE USED AS THE BASIS FOR THE BOUNDARY AND ROAD RETRACEMENT. NONE OF THE MARKERS FOUND ALONG THE ROAD WERE REMOVED. NEW REBAR MARKERS WERE SET AT THE APPROPRIATED LOCATIONS. IT SHOULD ALSO BE NOTED THAT THE LOTS SHOWN ON THE ORIGINAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP DO NOT CLOSE MATHMATICALLY. DESCRIPTION: A parcel of land located in the NW % of the SE I4 and the SWy4 of the SE % of Section 8, T28N, R18W, Town of Kinnickinnic, St. Croix County, Wisconsin. Being part of Lot 2 of Certified Survey Map recorded in volume 4, page 1159 as document number 377189 in the St Croix County Register of Deeds office, further described as follows: Commencing at the N V4 Corner of said Section 8; thence S00°27'46"W 3394.88" along the north - south 1^ section line to the northwest corner of Lot 2 of that Certified Survey Map recorded in volume 4, page 1159 of Certified Survey Maps in the St. Croix County Register of Deeds office, this being the point of beginning of the parcel to be described herein; thence contiuing S00°27'46"W 100.12" along said north - south section line to the northwest comer of Lot 2 of that Certified Survey Map recorded in volume 4, page 1159 of Certified Survey Maps in the St. Croix ^ County Register of Deeds office, this being the point of beginning of the parcel to be described herein; thence contiuing S00°27"46"W 100.12" along said north - south >4 section lineto the north line of Lot 2 of Certified Survey Map recorded in volume 16, page 4439; thence N88°25'28"E 248.21" along said north line to the center a private road easement known as Coulee Trail being also the westeriy boundary of the parcel being described; thence along the centerline of said Coulee Trail S29''18"18"'W 144.72"; thence continuing along said centerline S14°33"23"W251.35'; thence continuing along said centeriine S10°22'06"E 535.82"; thence continuing along said centerline S23°22"42"'E 234.67' to the south line of Lot 2 of Certified Survey Map recorded in volume 4, page 1159; thence N85'"17'41"W 365.26' along said south line to the east line of said Lot 2; thence N10°21"18"'W 1207.34" along said east line to the north line of said Lot 2; thence S88°25"26"W 450.03' along the north line of said Lot 2 to the point of beginning.
