Special Meeting December 3, 2002
Meeting called to order by Chair Swenson at 8:30 a.m. prior to
the County Board meeting. Members present: Ralph Swenson,
Esther Wentz, Clarence Malick, Daryl Standafer. Stan Krueger
absent and excused. Staff present: Administrative Coordinator
Chuck Whiting, Corporation Counsel Greg Timmerman, County Clerk
Sue Nelson.
Motion by Standafer, 2nd by Wentz to adopt the agenda. Carried.
Quit Claim Deed to Richard Stout: Motion by Malick, 2nd by Wentz
to grant quit claim to Richard Stout for Apple River Bend parcel
in Town of Star Prairie. The memo sent by Whiting indicated the
certified tax deed was improperly delivered during the tax deed
process. Motion carried.
Malick requested the Law Library and space for District Attorney
and Clerk of Court and the defibrillator issue be placed on the
December 10th agenda.
Motion by Wentz to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 8:37 a.m.
