1. Ordinance Amending the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance - Section 29, Township 28 North, Range 17 West,
Town of Pleasant Valley, to Rezone 2.70 +/- acres from the R-1 Residential Zoning District to the R-2 Residential

John Hilgers, Senior Planner, presented to the Committee.
Motion: Recommend approval of the Ordinance Amending the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance -
Section 29, Township 28 North, Range 17 West, Town of Pleasant Valley to rezone 2.70+/-
acres from the R-1 Residential Zoning District to the R-2 Residential Zoning District for
Nolte/French.
