Minutes of Previous Meeting - November 21, 2024 Minutes were accepted as presented. Public Comment Public Hearing 1. Public Hearing Town of Pleasant Valley Rezoning for Nolte/French Hearing Opened at 5:03 PM. Hearing closed at 5:10 PM. 2. Continuation of the Public Hearing for the Rezoning in the Town of Richmond for Cemstone Ready Mix LLC/Roberts Concrete Hearing opened at 5:12 PM. Hearing closed at 5:53PM. 3. Public Hearing on Chapter 11 - Waste Storage Facilities of the St. Croix County Code of Ordinances Hearing opened at 6:07 PM. Hearing closed at 7:16 PM. Business 1. Ordinance Amending the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance - Section 29, Township 28 North, Range 17 West, Town of Pleasant Valley, to Rezone 2.70 +/- acres from the R-1 Residential Zoning District to the R-2 Residential Zoning District John Hilgers, Senior Planner, presented to the Committee. Motion: Recommend approval of the Ordinance Amending the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance - Section 29, Township 28 North, Range 17 West, Town of Pleasant Valley to rezone 2.70+/- acres from the R-1 Residential Zoning District to the R-2 Residential Zoning District for Nolte/French. Financial Report for November 2024 Ken Witt, County Administrator, presented the financial reports to the committee. 8.
