Administrator Ken Witt discussed the financial report for October 2024.
2. Initial Resolution Authorizing the Issuance of $7,500,000 General Obligation Promissory Notes, Series 2025A
Administrator Witt introduced Sean Lentz from Ehlers Public Finance Advisor to discuss the initial resolution authorizing
the issuance of $7,500,000 general obligation promissory notes, series 2025A.
Motion: Motion to recommend the resolution authorizing the issuance of $7,500,000 general obligation
promissory notes, series 2025A
