1. Minutes of Previous Meeting - November 19, 2024
Minutes were not approved due to not being attached. The minutes from November 19, 2024 will be attached to the
January 18, 2025 agenda.

1. Financial Report for November 2024
Administrator Ken Witt discussed the financial report for November 2024.
2. Resolution Amending Personnel Policies
Human Resource Director Audrie Haycraft discussed the resolution amending Personnel Policies.
Motion: Motion to recommend resolution amending Personnel Policies.
Result: Passed

3. Resolution Establishing St. Croix County Legislative Priorities
Administrator Witt discussed the resolution establishing St. Croix County Legislative priorities. The board questioned
and discussed several of the Legislative priorities.
Motion: Motion to amend the resolution deleting number 3 and adding number 6 out of home
placement.
