Approval of Minutes
1. Minutes of Previous Meeting - November 22, 2024
Minutes were accepted as presented.
Business
1. Discuss Ordinance to Repeal and Recreate Chapter 3 - Ordinance Delegating Power to Acquire, Manage, and Sell
Tax-Deeded Lands - of the St. Croix County Code of Ordinances
Discussion held regarding changes to chapter 3- Ordinance Delegating Power to Acquire, Manage and Sell Tax-Deeded
Lands. A few revisions were suggested.
2. Discuss next steps for newly acquired properties in Hammond and River Falls
County Clerk's office will get additional estimate for clean up of garage in Hammond. Christine will accept the bids
received for clean up of both River Falls and Hammond properties. Christine will contact realtor that assisted the county
in selling other properties.
3. Discuss timeline for active tax deed properties
Active tax-deeded properties which were not bid on previously will be advertised in a class I publication in the Hudson
Star Observer and added to the Tax-Deed page of SCC website for ongoing sale.
