Meting was called to order at 1:32 pm

Approval of Minutes
1. Minutes of Previous Meeting - July 16, 2024
Minutes were accepted as presented.
Public Comment
Business
1. Establish values of properties acquired by tax deed
Discussion was held regarding properties which were not sold during the last bid opening. Values/bid amounts on those
properties were reduced by 50 percent. The County Clerk's office will submit a class I publication for bids.
2. Discuss Draft Ordinance for Former Owners to Purchase Tax Deed Properties
This item was tabled until next our meeting
3. Establish timeline for In Rem process of two properties
Discussion was held regarding newly acquired properties in River Falls and Hammond. The County Clerk's office will
work with facilities and law enforcement to secure both properties, obtain bids on cleaning properties. Christine will
look back on prior process of In Rem properties that included a home to determine next steps. We will then discuss next
steps at our next meeting.
