APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. Council on Aging and Disabilities Regular Meeting November 13, 2020 8:30 AM Council on Aging and Disabilities Chair Ostness asked if there were any corrections, additions, or deletions to the minutes. Since there were no changes presented, the minutes stand as printed. RESULT: ACCEPTED PUBLIC COMMENT COAD Chair Ostness opened the floor for public comment. Seeing none he proceeded with the meeting. However, later in the meeting after all the agenda items were presented, a request for public comment was made. Chair Ostness approved the request and Lynn Betzold provided comment to the Council. BUSINESS ITEMS 1. Presentation by Inclusa Managed Care Organization Michelle Peterson, Becky Albricht, and Jenny Larsen presented information regarding Inclusa. They presented detail on how the agency works with the ADRC in the state of Wisconsin and the counties where Inclusa covers. Discussion followed. RESULT: DISCUSSED 2. COVID-19 Presentation Kelli Engen, St. Croix County Public Health Officer, provided the Council with a current COVID-19 Update. RESULT: DISCUSSED 3. Introduction of New Behavioral Health Administrator Sharlene Lopez Bob Rohert, HHS Director, introduced the new Behavioral Health Supervisor Sharlene Lopez. Sharlene provided the Council information on her background. RESULT: DISCUSSED 4. Mental Health Services Available Through St. Croix County Health and Human Services- Behavioral Health Division Sharlene Lopez provided the Council with a presentation regarding Behavioral Health Services during COVID-19. Discussion followed. RESULT: DISCUSSED 5. Aging and Disability Resource Center Financial Reports Brad Beckman, ADRC Administrator, reviewed the November 2020 Financial Report. RESULT: DISCUSSED 6. Information and Assistance Specialist/Options Counselor Update Sheet Council members received the November 2020 Information and Assistance report. During November there were two enrollments into Inclusa and no disenrollments. There were no enrollments or disenrollments into Care Wisconsin. There were two enrollments into TMG-IRIS and no enrollments. There were no enrollments or disenrollments into IRIS-Connections or IRIS-Consumer Direct. It was decided that statistical reports will be on a quarterly basis and will contain more detail on the ADRC as a whole. RESULT: DISCUSSED 7. 2020 Aging and Disability Resource Center events & Council on Aging and Disabilities meeting dates Council members received a tentative schedule of the 2021 events. The Council meetings will continue to be held the 2nd Friday of the month, except for February and July, at 8:30 am. RESULT: DISCUSSED REQUEST FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS Council Chair Ostness asked if there were any suggestions for future agenda items. ADRC Administrator Beckman mentioned inviting the Veterans Services Officer and staff from IRIS- TMG to present to the Council. ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE Beckman informed the Council members over 100 individuals were on the list for Secret Santa and unlike other years, they will receive a holiday card and gift card in the mail instead of hand delivered. Council member Brue mentioned the Grief Support Group offered by O'Connell's Family Funeral Home. ADJOURN The meeting was adjourned at 10:30 am DATE OF NEXT MEETING The date of the next meeting will be Friday, January 8, 2021.
