APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1. Council on Aging and Disabilities Regular Meeting December 11, 2020 8:30 AM
COAD Vice-Chair Rivard asked if there were any corrections, additions, or deletions to
the minutes. An motion to approve the December 11, 2020 meeting minutes was made
by Council member Brunner; seconded by Council member Brue; motion carried.
RESULT: ACCEPTED
PUBLIC COMMENT
COAD Vice-Chair Rivard opened the floor for public comment. Seeing none she proceeded with
the meeting.
BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Presentation by I Respect Self Direct (IRIS) TMG - Self-Directed Long Term Care
Option
Libby Leinenkugel, Northwest Area Associate Director for IRIS-TMG and Erika Kurth,
Local Supervisor for IRIS Consultants. They provided an overview of the program and
how it relates to the ADRC. They discussed how consumers become part of TMG and
how they work with the consumers within the program. Discussion followed.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
2. St. Croix County Veterans Service Office (SCC VSO) Presentation
Phil Landgraf, Veteran Service Director, provided an explanation of Veterans Services in
St. Croix County. The VSO assists veterans and their families with acquiring the benefits
they are eligible for and assisting with transportation to and from medical appointments.
Discussion followed.

3. COVID-19 Presentation
Ellie reviewed a power point that contained detail data regarding COVID statistics up to
1/7/2021. Discussion followed.

4. Aging and Disability Resource Center Financial Reports
HHS Fiscal Manager Strenke reviewed the December 2020 Financial report.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
REQUEST FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS
Council Vice-Chair asked if there were any suggestions for future agenda items. ADRC
Administrator Beckman suggested a presentation by St. Croix County Sheriff's Department and
Honorable Judge Needham. He also mentioned United Way 211.
ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE
Supervisor Feidler updated the Council regarding the Elder Abuse Panel would be tentative
scheduled for June 2021.
