Meeting called to order by Chair Gregerson at 1:30pm.
Roll Call: Quorum present
Motion to adopt agenda by Palewicz, second by Boche, carried.
Motion to accept previous meeting minutes by Boche, second by Sumner, carried.
Next Meeting Date: Thursday, November 7, 2002 at 1:30pm in Board Room at Human
Services Complex, New Richmond.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
Community Health Partnership: Handout by Lockwood. Discussion. Motion by Viellieux to
recommend to Human Services Board to support expansion of Community Health
Partnership into St. Croix County, second by Palewicz, carried.
Review wait list policy. Handouts by Lockwood. Discussion.
Budget CY 2003: Review budget. Discussion, questions. Motion by Peterson to
recommend to Human Services Board to approve the 2003 budget, second by Sumner,
carried.
NEW BUSINESS:
Financial Report- Hand out by Ron Lockwood. Discussion. Motion to approve financial
report by Palewicz, second by Bernard, carried.

COP High -Cost Requests: None
Nursing Home relocation requests: None at this time, discussion.
LTS Statewide Advisory Committee: Maiick suggested Mortensen or Supervisor Bernard
alternate between meetings.
Aging Report:
• 1 -team for elder abuse had first meeting a couple of weeks ago. They will meet four
times a year.
• Disability Coalition is recruiting drivers
• Handout on caregiver conference, October 3, 2002
Alzheimer's Memory Walk: Sumner reported the fundraising walk is to take place Saturday,
September 26, 2002 at the Deerfield in New Richmond.
Possible future agenda items:
Mortensen to report on LTS Statewide Advisory Committee.
Motion made to adjourn by Viellieux, second by Palewicz. Motion carried.
