1. Monthly Finance Report
Kathy Rineck reviewed the monthly financial report. Rob Krejci also provided a brief
update on the preliminary year end 2023 numbers

2. Highway Department Budget Update
Rob Krejci and Kathy Rineck updated the Committee on the 2024 Budget.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
3. Highway Department Monthly Report
Staffing Update-two employees have retired.
State Highway Right of Way Mowing attachment-Rob Krejci reviewed the State
Mowing Guidelines for St. Croix County.
Surface Transportation Grant Update-Rob Krejci provided an update on existing
and future highway grant opportunities.

4. 2024 Construction Schedule Update
Greg Haig reviewed the 2024 Construction Schedule. The planned schedule has been
added to the County web site.

5. CTH E / CTH I Intersection Control Evaluation and Highway Safety Improvement
Project Application Update.
Rob Krejci reviewed the roundabout recommendations and potential funding available
for this project
