1. Monthly Finance Report
Kathy Rineck reviewed the Financial Report

2. Highway Department Monthly Report
Federal/State Grant Update- Rob Krejci reviewed the grant opportunities available for
County Highway A, grants for geothermal and solar at the Baldwin Facility
County Construction Project Update- Maintenance and Construction continuing on
County Road A, County Road F, and County Road O
Chip sealing begins the week of June 24
Highway Related Complaint Issue Process-Staff responds to each complaint in 24
hours; complaints are dispersed to the proper departments

3. Discuss Hudson Highway Facility
Rob Krejci and Todd Rehnelt reviewed and discussed the Hudson Highway Facility.
The building of the facility is part of the County Capital Improvement Program.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
4. Consideration of Capital Improvement Projects
The Transportation Committee unanimously showed support for the project.
