1. Monthly Financial Report
Tim Ramberg reviewed the Highway Monthly financial report.

2. Hammond Facility Update
Tim Ramberg and Todd Rehnelt gave an update and reviewed priority projects regarding
the Hammond facility.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
3. Transit Planning Subcommittee Update
Dave Ostness gave an update on transit planning as well as grant information.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
4. Update Transportation Development Association Fly In information received
Tim Ramberg and Dave Ostness shared information from the 2016 Transportation
Development Association Fly-In.

5. Introduce and Discuss Construction Project Speed Ordinance
Tim Ramberg presented a sample copy of an Ordinance Amending Code and
Establishing Temporary Speed Limits.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
6. Discuss SCC Bike and Pedestrian Joint Meeting
The Committee discussed having another meeting after new Board members are seated.

ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE
West Central Commissioners and Committee members meeting will be held May 3, 2016 in
Medford, WI.
Tim Ramberg, Dave Ostness and Todd Rehnelt will be attending the NACE convention April
24-29, 2016.
Tim Ramberg distributed the WCHA Summer Road School information. The date is June 6, 7,
8, 2016.
The State is working on adding Discretionary Maintenance projects.
Staff is reviewing and interviewing full time, seasonal and summer help applications.
