1. Monthly Financial Report
Tim Ramberg and Kathy Rineck reviewed the financial report.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
2. Transit Planning Subcommittee Update
Dave Ostness updated the Committee on Transit Planning. An Open House is scheduled
for March 8, 2017 from 4:00 pm-7:00 pm at the Government Center in Hudson.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
3. Consider Ad Hoc Transportation Committee Space Needs Facility Planning Committee
Consulting Firm Selection
Tim Ramberg reviewed the results of the Phase 1 firm selection. Motion made by
Peterson/Nelson to authorize and approve staff to negotiate a contract with CBS. Motion
carried.

4. Consider Adoption of Updated Driveway Permit Rules, Regulations & Conditions
Tim Ramberg and Jeff Durkee reviewed the current driveway permit terms and
conditions. Motion made by Ostness/Peterson to approve the permit as presented with
the terms and conditions listed. Motion carried.

5. Review Updated Highway Department Initiatives List
Tim Ramberg reviewed an updated initiatives list.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
6. Consider Approval of Updated Functional Classification Map
Tim Ramberg and Jeff Durkee reviewed the updated functional classification map.
Motion made by Sicard/Ostness to approve the Functional Classification map as
presented. Motion carried. The June 6, 2016 Functional Classification map is scheduled
to be added to the St. Croix County website as it is referenced in the County Ordinances.

7. Consider Mann Lane Project Schedule of Land Interests
Staff reviewed the Mann Lane Project Schedule. Motion made by Ostness/Sicard to
approve the Mann Lane project schedule of land interests as presented. Motion carried.

8. CTH GG Federally Funded Construction Project Update
Tim Ramberg updated the Committee on the CTH GG Construction Project. The project
has been scheduled for 2019 construction.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
9. Jurisdictional Transfer Update of Radio Road/CTH MM/Mann Lane
Tim Ramberg updated the status of the jurisdictional transfer paperwork.
RESULT: DISCUSSED

ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE
Bill Peavey has been asked to schedule a Joint Meeting with Transportation and Community
Development to review and discuss the St. Croix County Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan.
A Public Information Meeting is being held Monday, February 13 at the Baldwin Agricultural
Center regarding the 2017 Interstate 94/State Highway 128 construction project.
A Regional Legislative meeting is scheduled for Thursday, March 23 in Eau Claire.
WCHA Road School was held in January with staff and Committee members attending.
Tim Ramberg met with Scott Counter, Towns Association Chair, to discuss Town surveys,
budgets and legislative issues. A working spreadsheet was sent to all Towns to assist in their
road construction and maintenance budget.
Dave Ostness informed the Transportation Committee they are able to receive Wisconsin County
Highway Association information electronically.
