Motion: Motion To Deny the Driveway Permit Appeal at 1737 CTH Z
Result: Passed

2. Monthly Fiscal Report for November 2024
Kathy Rineck and Rob Krejci reviewed the monthly financial report.
3. Highway Department Monthly Report
Staffing Update - Currently hiring 3 Highway Maintenance Specialists
We would like to acknowledge Al Jacques, who recently announced his retirement on January 3, 2025. Al has worked
with the department for 30 years.
Winter Maintenance update
2025 Construction season planning
December 16 - Public Information Meeting about the proposed jurisdictional transfer of CTH Y/50th Street with the
Town of Rush River.
Wisconsin County Highway Association Winter Road School - January 13-15, 2025.
Local Road Improvement Program - Pilot Program update
4. Chippewa-St. Croix Rail Commission Update
Rob Krejci updated the Committee on the Rail Commission.
5. CTH A & McCutcheon Road Project Update
The County Road A and McCutcheon Round A Bout is open.
6. Safe Roads and Streets for All Grant Update
Rob Krejci updated the Committee on the grant. The consultant plans to attend the Feburary Transportation Committee
and review the results.
