1. Monthly Financial Report
Kathy Rineck gave an overview of the financial report.

2. Ad Hoc Building Committee Update
Staff is completing the final plans for the Baldwin facility.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
3. Transit Planning Subcommittee Update
The Subcommittee is planning a presentation at the December County Board meeting.
The Transit Planning Subcommittee is discussing the formation of a Transit Commission.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
4. 2017 Construction Season Update
Rob Krejci gave a summary of the 2017 construction season. A full detailed report is
scheduled to be presented at the December 11 Transportation Committee meeting.

5. Discuss Highway Department Appreciation Event
An invitation was extended to the Transportation Committee to attend the annual
Highway Department Appreciation Event.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
6. Discuss Wisconsin County Highway Association Winter Road School
The Transportation Committee discussed attending the annual winter Road School to be
held January 15-17, 2018 in Wisconsin Dells.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
