1. Monthly Financial Report
Kathy Rineck gave an overview of the financial report.

2. Transit Planning Subcommittee Update
Scott Nelson reviewed the presentation from the County Board meeting on December 5.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
3. Ad Hoc Building Committee Update
Rob Krejci updated the Committee on the Baldwin facility plans. CBS Squared and
Kraus-Anderson are scheduled to attend the December 16, 2017 Ad Hoc Transportation
Space Needs Facility Planning Committee meeting.

4. Review and Consider Appraisal for Existing Highway Facility
The Committee reviewed the Appraisal Report from J.C. Norby & Associates, Inc. The
report gave two scenarios for marketing.

5. Update WISDOT Baldwin Facility Salt Shed
Staff is working with the Department of Transportation's request to construct a salt shed
at the Baldwin Facility.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
6. Review and Discuss Highway Department Initiatives
Staff reviewed the current initiatives list. Supervisor Peterson requested noxious weed
education and information to the general public be added to the list. Staff will provide
information to the County Highway website page in the Spring.

7. Consider Adoption of St. Croix County Tourist Orientated Directional Sign Policy
Motion made by Scott Nelson/Dave Peterson to approve the St. Croix County Directional
Sign Policy as presented. Motion carried.

8. 2017 Construction Season Update
Jeff Durkee and Rob Krejci reviewed the County Construction, County Paving and Town
Paving projects. Staff completed chip sealing on 112 County road miles and 53 Town
miles. Staff will begin reviewing 2018 projects and plan to place information on the
County website.

9. Update County Trunk Highway MM & Mann Lane
Rob Krejci updated the Committee on CTH MM & Mann Lane. The curb and gutter is
scheduled to completed in the Spring. Staff will work to complete the Jurisdictional
Transfer, which is currently expected to be completed when the final layer of HMA is
installed in the Spring of 2018.

10. Update State Highway 128 & Interstate 94 Construction Project
The State has completed the Round A Bout construction project at State Highway 128 &
Interstate 94.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
