1. Monthly Financial Report
Kathy Rineck gave an overview of the financial report.

2. 2019 Year End Financial Review
Rob Krejci and Kathy Rineck gave an overview of the 2019 Year End Financial Report. It
was noted that the majority of the reports within the document are required by the
Wisconsin Department of Transportation.

3. Transit Commission Update
The Transit meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, July 21 at the Baldwin Facility.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
4. Work Zone Safety Update
Rob Krejci reviewed information regarding the Wisconsin County Highway Association
work zone initiatives and provided details on work zone incidents that occurred in St.
Croix County in the recent past.

5. Highway Department Report
Wisconsin Department of Transportation Low Risk Pilot Update-Rob Krejci provided an
update on the Wisconsin Department of Transportation Low Risk Pilot Program and
future opportunities for St. Croix County.
Surface Transportation Program Project - County Trunk Highway GG & County Trunk
Highway E updates.
Wisconsin Central Ltd/Canadian National Railroad Intermodal (County Road A)
Update-No new information available
Wisconsin Department of Transportation US Highway 12 project scheduled for 2020-
2021

6. Flooding Event Update
Rob Krejci presented a list of flood damaged areas that occurred on June 29, 2020. Rob
Krejci highlighted three Town roads are still closed due to sustained damage. The
Highway Department will continue to work with Emergency Management and other local
units of Government to utilize available funding sources for the repairs. Staff will review
the Highway Department budget and coordinate repair of County roads.
