1. Monthly Financial Report
Kathy Rineck reviewed the Financial Report.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
2. Review of 2021 Budget Request
Staff reviewed the 2020 Budget Request report.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
3. Highway Department Report
Todd Rehnelt and Jeff Durkee discussed flooding repair, Rustic Road maintenance,
Bicycle and All Terrain Vehicles/Utility Terrain Vehicle Route Signing. Staff also reviewed
the tentative five year plan, which included mostly paving projects. Jeff Durkee noted
County Trunk Highway A is a Federal Funded Safety Enhancement project which includes
painting, signing and rumble strips. Project costs may be affected by hot mix prices as
well as additional flooding costs.

4. Resolution Prioritizing 2021 Funding for Transit Commission Creation of New Shared
Ride Taxi Service
Motion made by Dave Ostness/Ed Schachtner to table this Resolution and refer back to
the Transit Commission for further study. Motion carried.

ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE
Jeff Durkee announced bridge inspections will begin. Dave Ostness, on behalf of the residents
of St. Croix County, extended a thank you to the Highway staff for their work on flooding and
general road repairs.
