1.Monthly Financial Report
Kathy Rineck provided an update on the Financial Report.

2.2020 Annual Financial Report
Staff presented the 2020 Financial Report to the Committee.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
3. Highway Department Report
WCHA Summer Road School update
Highway Safety Improvement Program (County Road A & McCutcheon Road)-Staff
shared that funding has been approved with construction anticipated in 2024.
Work Zone Safety Week-April 26-30, 2021- Legislation is being proposed to improve
safety within work zones on public roadways.
Construction Update-Staff discussed the challenges in recruiting seasonal labor and
potential negative effects on operations and the amount of work that can be
completed during construction season.

4. Hudson Highway Facility Update
Rob Krejci and Todd Rehnelt discussed long range plans at the County Highway Shop in
Hudson. Staff has been reviewing maintenance and repair costs along with options of an
updated facility along with additional salt storage space. A preliminary cost has been
-range capital improvement plan.

5. Consider Town of Star Prairie ATV/UTV Route Trail Applications
Motion made by Hall/Ostness to recommend adoption by the County Board of
Supervisors for ATV/UTV Route Trail application for County Trunk Highway CC from 210
Avenue to Goose Lake Road, a distance of 0.81 miles. Motion carried.

employment with St. Croix County.
