1. Monthly Financial Report
Kathy Rineck presented an update on the Financial Reports.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
2. Highway Department Report
Staffing Update-We have operator positions and an approved new position-Shop
Superintendent open
Wisconsin County Highway Association Update-Discussion on Wisconsin
County Highway Association Work Zone Safety bills being considered
Highway Safety Program Update-The Highway Department Safety Day has
been scheduled for April 7, 2022.

3. Baldwin Facility Fire Incident Report Update
Rob Krejci and Todd Rehnelt reviewed the schedules, contractors and various operations
relating to the fire damage. Contractors have started the clean-up process.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
4. Consider Small Tools Charging Policy for Local Projects
Rob Krejci reviewed the State Small Tools Charging Policy process. The Committee
asked to bring the forward a policy for charging small tools to Local projects for
consideration at the March meeting.
RESULT: HELD IN COMMITTEE
5. Infrastructure Investment Jobs Act Update
Rob Krejci provided an update on the Federal Transportation Re-authorization Funding.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
6. Wisconsin County Highway Association Utility Accommodation Policy Update
Rob Krejci asked the Committee to review the modification and the policy to be
considered in March.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
