1. Review and Discuss County Road GG Driveway Permit Revocation Appeal
Motion made by Bob Swanepoel/Paul Adams to approve the revocation of the driveway
permit for 1541 County Road GG. Motion carried.

2. Monthly Financial Report
Kathy Rineck reviewed the Financial Report.

3. Highway Department Monthly Report
Winter Maintenance Update-Highway staff is performing winter maintenance.
The Transportation Committee extended a thank you to the snow plow operators.
City of River Falls Jurisdictional Transfer Update-The City of River Falls
amended the area of the Jurisdictional Transfer from County Road M/County Line to
Powell Avenue.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
4. Update December 6, 2022 Baldwin Highway Facility Cold Storage Fire
Todd Rehnelt updated the Committee on the fire in the Cold Storage Building at the
Baldwin Highway Facility.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
5. Review St. Croix County Five Year (2023-2027) Road Construction Plan
Rob Krejci and Greg Haig reviewed the County Highway five-year road construction plan.
RESULT: DISCUSSED

The Transportation Committee wished all staff a Merry Christmas and thanked the Operations
Department for working long hours maintaining the roads in St. Croix County.
