1. Review Committee Membership.
Subcommittee members discussed adding a county board representative to the
treatment court subcommittee.
2. Review Treatment Court Training Budget.
Subcommittee members discussed the historical trends associated with the Treatment
Court training budget.
3. Discuss Referral Process.
Subcommittee members discussed the referral process for prospective treatment court
clients, particularly as it applies to alternatives to revocation (ATRs) through the
Department of Corrections (DOC).
