Meeting November 21, 2019 12:00 PM
Minutes of November 21, 2019 accepted as presented.

BUSINESS ITEMS
1. CJCC & Treatment Alternatives & Diversion (TAD) Grant Financial Review
Mike O'Keefe, CJCC Coordinator, gave an update on the budgets for the Treatment
Alternatives & Diversion (TAD) Grant and CJCC. He states both budgets are operating
within approved guidelines.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
2. 2020 Treatment Alternatives & Diversion (TAD) Grant Updates
Mike O'Keefe, CJCC Coordinator, gave an update on the 2020 TAD Grant funding
and expectations for this grant cycle.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
3. CJCC Subcommittee Updates
Mike O'Keefe, CJCC Coordinator, gave an update on the current status of each CJCC
Subcommittee. He states there will be a transition for the chair position on the
Substance Abuse and Mental Health Subcommittees with the retirement of Fred
Johnson, HHS Director, in April, 2020.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
4. Update on Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) Program
Judge Waterman gave an update on the status of the St. Croix County Court Appointed
Special Advocates (CASA) program implementation. He states we are in the early stages
of developing this program and the Steering Committee will meet to move this project
forward.

5. Agenda Items for CJCC Council Meeting - March 19, 2020
Agenda items for the CJCC meeting on March 19, 2020; 1.) Drug Presentation by SCC
Investigators, 2.) Drug Endangered Children Committee (DECC) Status, 3.) Out of Home
Placement for Children HHS, 4.) CASA Update
