Call to Order
Chairman Malick called the meeting to order.

Approval of Minutes
1. Minutes of Previous Meeting - August 22, 2024
Minutes were accepted as presented.
Public Hearings / Business Items
1. Public hearing for a variance request for Dan & Alysha Schyma in the Town of Kinnickinnic
Motion: Approve the variance request.
Result: Passed

Mike Wozniak, Land Use Administrator, presented to the board and public. Hearing opened at 8:03 AM - Hearing closed
at 9:24 AM.
MOTION: To approve the request for a Variance for Dan and Alysha Schyma in the Town of Kinnickinnic with updated
language to include specifically two horses and state how the three variance criteria are met.
2. Public hearing for a conditional use permit for Keaton Kilkenny in the Town of Somerset
Motion: MOTION to approve the request for a conditional use permit for Keaton Kilkenny in the Town
of Somers
Result: Passed

MOTION to approve the request for a conditional use permit for Keaton Kilkenny in the Town of Somerset as
indicated with addition to point #4 of the decision section to include "except for storm emergencies".
3. Public hearing for a conditional use permit for Chris and Kelly Frost in the Town of St. Joseph
Motion: To approve with amendment.
Result: Passed

Break from 10:04-10:12 AM to resolve Technology issues.
Mr. Wozniak presented to the Board. Hearing opened at 10:12 AM. Hearing closed at 10:34 AM.
MOTION to approve the conditional use permit for filling and grading greater than 10,000 square feet in the Lower St.
Croix Riverway Overlay District for Chris and Kelly Frost in the Town of St. Joseph to replace the language in the first
paragraph under Decision "within 40 feet of the slope preservation zone" with "outside of the slope preservation
zone".
4. Public Hearing to consider the revocation of Baldwin Airport Properties conditional use permit in the Town of
Hammond
Mike Wozniak presented to the Board. Hearing opened at 10:37 AM. Hearing closed at 11:15 AM.

2. Discussion regarding dates of November and December meetings due to holidays
Staff will bring to the Board some suggested dates.
