Public Comment
Benjamin Fochs spoke to the Administration Committee regarding two parcels the County owns. He wanted to know
the process to declaring it surplus parcels and when it goes on sale.
Business
1. Financial Report for December 2024
Administrator Ken Witt discussed the Financial Report for December 2024.
2. Ordinance to Repeal and Recreate Chapter 3 - Ordinance Delegating Power to Acquire, Manage, and Sell Tax-
Deeded Lands - of the St. Croix County Code of Ordinances
Corporate Counsel Heather Amos discussed the ordinance to repeal and recreate Chapter 3 - Ordinance delegating
power to acquire, manage, and sell tax-deeded lands - of St. Croix County Code of Ordinances.
Motion: Motion to recommend the ordinance to repeal and recreate Chapter 3 - Ordinance delegating
power to acquire, manage, and sell tax-deeded lands - of St. Croix County Code of Ordinances.

Corporation Counsel Heather Amos discussed the amendments to County Board rules. The Administration Committee
discussed potential changes to the articles in the Rules of the Board of Supervisors.
6. Consideration of Department Annual Reports Formatting
Administrator Witt discussed the department annual reports formatting. The Administration Committee discussed
potential changes to the Department Annual Report form.
